Baptism at Clay County Recreation Park

Veve Rendall, Steve Brailsford and Donna Hall were baptized today in Lake Chatuge at the Clay County Recreation Park. Veve Rendall brought water from the Jordan River to be sprinkled on the heads of the three being baptized before being put under. Everyone enjoyed playing games together, as well as a lunch that was provided by the church.

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child’s goal was to give gifts out to third world children. They managed to package up 200 shoe boxes full of gifts and dropped them off at First Free Will, where the gifts are processed and inspected to make sure they’re suitable for children. These gifts are marked as either for girls or for boys and are put within age ranges of 3-4, 5-9 and 10-14 so that every child will end up with something they may like. These gifts will be then sent out to over 170 countries.

Thanksgiving Day Meal

New Life Church’s yearly Thanksgiving day meal is enjoyed by our community, and it is open to all who would like to join us. An abundant amount of food is brought by the members of our church for everyone to enjoy on this day of giving thanks.
